Featuring veterans of various scenes and genres (active and past members of Vulnus, Cut off, Rita Mosss, Casual Nun, Progress of Inhumanity, Dusteroid and Straighthate), Krause play AmRep/Touch and Go inspired heavy noise rock and put on an equally unforgiving live show to go with it.
Making a bold artistic statement without breaking stuff along the way simply doesn’t work, which is why Krause left nothing to chance and set things in motion with “2AM Thoughts,” a full-length release of destructive crash ‘n’ roll that permanently scarred the local scene and established their undeniable presence and sonic expression.
A couple of years were all it took for “The Ecstasy of Infinite Sterility” to come to life, solidifying their position with a brutal, sparsely melodic monolith of an album. The solid, composition-focused LP received critical acclaim and introduced a relentless groove to the all-out-noise DNA of Krause, which would become a trademark.
With a brand new full-length due in 2022, Krause are ready to lay down the next chapter in their noise-riddled, twisted, devastating course and meticulously take apart every single one of our expectations.
